Completed forms should be returned to the Middleburg Police Department staff at the police department headquarters (10 W. Marshall St., Middleburg, VA 20117) are available to collect the forms, check IDs and get the required signatures on the form.

Photographers/reporters may not obstruct the path of the parade and must wear police department-issued press vests at all times while within the barricades. The vests will be passed out at the police department on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.and at the Middleburg Town Offices (10 W. Marshall St., Middleburg, VA 20117) on the morning of the parade from 8 a.m.-10 a.m.

The police department will not be taking press applications the morning of the event, so it is crucial that you submit the required form prior to the event.
